McFarlane Toys was founded by artist Todd McFarlane. Todd has created such highly acclaimed characters from his comic series Spawn. McFarlane Toys is also noted for manufacturing action figures which are licensed from a variety of movies, tv, music, military, sports, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and many more. Some of the licenses in which McFarlane's action figures are based on include: The Simpsons, Bon Jovi, Halo 3, Elvis, The Godfather, Beowulf, Robcop, Alien, and The Lost Boys. McFarlane Toys has also created McFarlane's Dragons, which are dragon characters based on a fantasy story created by the toy company.
